HSS offers customers specialized, proprietary training in aviation security, anti-terrorism, and behavioral recognition. HSS is one of only a few security companies nationwide to have SAFETY Act Designation and Certification.
- Designation offers limited liability protection in the event of a terrorist attack.
- Certification extends that to offer the fullest federal liability protection under the U.S. Government Contractor Defense.
In sum, SAFETY Act Designation and Certification gives HSS customers unlimited terrorist insurance coverage and provides a significant basis for dismissing any claims brought against them resulting from any acts of terrorism where services or technology from HSS are provided.
