The HSS Medical Equipment Management Division serves more than 600 hospitals, clinics, and medical practices in the Rocky Mountain Region, including Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.

HSS service engineers are trained in the maintenance and repair of all types of medical equipment, including monitors, clinical laboratory equipment, microscopes, sterilizers, and respiratory care equipment. In addition, they are available to consult on the applicability and suitability of new technologies for a facility's operation and to train staff on the most productive use of newly-purchased equipment. Because of the consistent quality of our work, HSS has been selected by more than a dozen equipment manufacturers to handle their after-sales servicing.

As part of our service, we provide valuable information tailored to the customer's specific requirements. Our proprietary data management system tracks equipment inventories, life history records, preventive maintenance schedules, and documentation for JCAHO accreditation and state health inspections. This database provides a reliable, ongoing benchmark for failure analysis, service contract tracking, productivity, repair cost analysis, equipment class comparisons, and trend analysis to evaluate and recommend equipment replacement.
